The most horrible thing that I cannot skip is taking my vitamins. They taste awful. I feel like crying everytime I need to take them. I used to take them after dinner. Sometimes waited until 12am mid night i.e. the last minute of the day to take the horrible vitamins. After that, I would suffer as I wouldn't be able to fall asleep easily. So, now, I take my vitamins after lunch & in the evening, I'm glad I don't have to take them anymore.
